I’m about the post my Europe pics, and I feel like I need to tack on the disclaimer that I am getting serious about losing weight. I’m exercising every day (walking the lake, Cardio Salsa or swimming), I’ve cut out sugar and complex carbs, and I’m drinking minimally (as evidenced below — heheh). And yeah, I’m using Lean System 7. So far I’ve lost five pounds since I’ve got home. I’d like to lose 15 minimum.

So I look fat in a lot of the pictures that are about to be posted, but I’ve already lost some of it, and I’ll lose more. A month from now, there should be a big difference. So view the pictures with an open mind.
